Here you'll find several examples of Cocobolo to dress your knife up. The photo's with numbers displays the exact piece you are buying. Many examples here are rough sawn. I try to give you as many examples of Cocobolo in raw form as well as finished on a knife. Each piece has it's own unique personality and I do what I can to give you the best grain and features as possible. Cocobolo is one of my top 5 favorite woods for knife scales. With a Janka hardness rating at 2960 it is a great, durable raw wood for knife scales. NOTE: With such a variety in colors and grains, Cocobolo is like a present every time I cut and shape a set of scales. Here are examples of those differences. Each set will be book-matched and either grade A or B in quality.
